FRANKFORD, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police troopers are investigating after one person died and three people were injured in a two-car crash in Frankford.
The Delaware State Police says the crash happened Saturday at about 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Burbage Road and Powell Farm Road.
State Police say 48-year-old Robert K. Hensley of Milford, Del., was driving a Mazda Millenia eastbound on Burbage Road when he failed to stop at a stop sign and hit a Dodge minivan. The minivan overturned, killing the driver, 51-year-old Danny L. Moore of Selbyville, Del. Moore’s 15-year-old son, a passenger in the minivan, is hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Hensley and a passenger in the Millenia were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Delaware State Police is investigating.
