NYC suspends alternate-side parking for Thurs.

NEW YORK (AP) - New York City’s alternate side parking regulations are suspended through Thursday because of the weather.

They already had been suspended Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Drivers still have to pay the parking meters.
