MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) - A 42-year-old Moscow man has been sentenced to life in prison for abusing four young children.

The Moscow-Pullman Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/1nTomHE) in a story on Wednesday that Brian Taylor must serve at least 25 years before he’s eligible for parole.

Taylor pleaded guilty in November to four counts of sexual abuse against a minor under 16 years of age, four counts of lewd conduct with a minor younger than 16, and one charge of sexual exploitation of a child.

Second District Court Judge Jeff Brudie says the case is one of the most serious he’s ever seen.

A parent of one of the victims says Taylor’s crimes erased the child’s sense of innocence and wonder.
