PENDLETON, Ore. (AP) - Interstate 84 has reopened through northeast Oregon.

Oregon State Police said the Oregon Department of Transportation reopened the highway about 2 a.m. Thursday.

A 50-mile stretch east of Pendleton had been closed Wednesday night by hazardous driving conditions.

Stretches of the interstate have been closed at times since Monday because of freezing rain, fog and black ice.
