TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - More snow for New Jersey, with more on the way this weekend.
That’s been the mantra this winter. At least Wednesday’s snowfall is expected to be minor, with central and southern parts of the state predicted to get one to two inches before snow ends by afternoon.
State police report 25 crashes already on roads they patrol.
The National Weather Service is forecasting more cold temperatures for the next few days, with a combination of snow, sleet and rain forecast for Sunday into Monday.
At least the state has received a much-needed infusion of road salt. A barge carrying 9,500 tons of the salt arrived at Port Newark and is expected to be off-loaded Wednesday.
