TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Federal agents and rangers and an Arizona Department of Public Safety helicopter rescued a woman who suffered broken bones while lost in Organ Pipe National Monument in southern Arizona.

Customs and Border Protection says its agents and National Park Service rangers located the injured woman after about an hour of searching Saturday evening. A DPS helicopter took the woman to a Tucson hospital for treatment.

According to CBP, the woman’s injuries included a broken collar bone and broken ribs.
