ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - Rochester police say three people have been shot to death in an apartment in the city, but there’s no threat to the community.

Commander Wayne Harris tells local media outlets that relatives who went to check on the resident of a second-floor apartment shortly after 9:30 a.m. Monday morning found one body and called police. Officers found two other bodies.

Harris says all were adults. Their identities haven’t been released. He says they’d been shot inside the apartment, but declined to say how long the bodies had been there.
