JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) - The House Judiciary Committee will take up discussions Wednesday on a proposed constitutional amendment allowing state funds to go to private and religious schools.

The bill, sponsored by Rep. Wes Keller, a Republican from Wasilla, drew lengthy public testimony last week.

Keller said he plans to close public testimony on the bill and begin committee discussion during the Wednesday meeting.
