HOLLISTER, Fla. (AP) - Emergency officials say several homes had minor damage after severe weather moved through central Florida.

The severe weather Sunday afternoon also forced a delayed in racing at the Daytona 500.

Hollister Fire Chief Robert Davenport tells First Coast News (https://fcnews.tv/1h2kq4f ) that several homes and two barns were damaged when the storm hi this area. He says four cows died.



Downed trees and other debris created some problems in the Hollister area. Firefighters are assessing the damage.
