PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Portland police say a flasher exposed himself to a trio of middle school students on their way home from school.

Police think the same man is responsible for several flasher incidents recently in northeast Portland neighborhoods.

Sgt. Pete Simpson says the man was wearing red boxer shorts and had a white T-shirt covering part of his face. He ran off Thursday afternoon after drawing the attention of the 11-year-old children.

The Oregonian reports (https://is.gd/h4kiXw ) that police think the man is between 30 and 40 years old. He favors white T-shirts, dark-colored boxers and scruffy old running shoes.
