Wyoming suspends Vernon indefinitely

LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming coach Larry Shyatt says freshman forward Keonta Vernon has been suspended indefinitely from the team.

No reason was given, and Shyatt declined further comment in a statement released Wednesday.

Vernon is redshirting this season and has not appeared in a game.
