PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Sex crimes detectives arrested a 26-year-old man Tuesday in connection with a Feb. 3 sex assault on a 19-year-old woman at her residential building near Portland State University.
Police say both are PSU students and the university’s Public Safety department helped identify the suspect.
He’s scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday on attempted rape and sex abuse charges.
