Road section in Bedford closed for bridge repairs

FOREST, Va. (AP) - A bridge repair project has temporarily closed a section of Route 620 in Bedford County.

The Virginia Department of Transportation says the road is expected to reopen at 5 p.m. Wednesday, weather permitting.

The bridge spanning railroad tracks was damaged by a vehicle accident.
