SOUTH BEND, Wash. (AP) - The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning for the south Washington Coast. The warning is in effect from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Forecasters expect winds near headlands and beaches to be between 35 and 45 mph with gusts to 70 mph.

Coastal communities can expect gusts up to 60 mph.



The strongest winds are expected late Tuesday morning through the early afternoon.
