TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Police and the family of a Florida State University graduate who went missing days after beginning an internship for a state lawmaker are pleading with the public to help find him.

Authorities say Ryan Uhre didn’t take his car with him when he disappeared Feb. 2, and there’s been no activity since then on his social media or financial accounts.

Tallahassee Police Chief Michael DeLeo and Uhre’s parents held a news conference Saturday to update the public on the case. The Tallahassee Democrat reports (https://on.tdo.com/1jIOZyT ) that police are reviewing downtown surveillance footage.

Uhre was last seen walking down a Tallahassee street, and a bloodhound was dispatched to search the area Friday. Police spokesman David Northway says the search continues, but he couldn’t say whether any more evidence had been found.
