MILTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say a second person has died after a single-car crash in Milton.

Troopers say 45-year-old Ruth A. Moore of Milton died Sunday at Christiana Hospital, where she was taken after the Feb. 7 accident.

Authorities say Ruth Moore was a passenger in a car driven by her husband, 51-year-old Charles E. Moore Jr. Police say Charles Moore was speeding on Cedar Creek Road when the car left the road at a curve.

Troopers say the car hit a utility pole, which severed the rear part of the vehicle. The front part spun and ejected both of the Moores from the car.

Charles Moore was pronounced dead at the scene.
