TUPELO, Miss. (AP) - A third date has been set for Mayor Jason Shelton’s state-of-the-city address.

WTVA-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1ouBGT7 ) the first date was changed because of a scheduling conflict with City Council members. The second date was postponed because of the threat of icy weather.

City officials say Shelton will deliver the speech Feb. 24 at 4 p.m.

His presentation will be in the Sweet Gum Room at the BancorpSouth Conference Center.
