PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A Portland man has been charged with attempted invasion of privacy and encouraging child sex abuse after police say he followed a 13-year-old girl into a store and took two upskirt photographs.

Sgt. Bob Ray of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office says 60-year-old Patrick Buono was arrested Wednesday after detectives served a search warrant at his home.

Investigators say the incident occurred at a Target store last month. A witness noticed what happened, but the photographer fled before a deputy arrived.

Store surveillance footage led investigators to Buono, who is being held on $20,000 bail.

Ray says evidence seized at the home leads investigators to believe there might be more victims.
