VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - A Vancouver, Wash., veterinary clinic says it’s hoping to locate a Yorkshire terrier missing since her Oregon owner was killed in a storm-related Interstate 5 pileup in southwest Washington.
The Columbian reports (https://is.gd/RjpBJ0 ) that the East Padden Animal Hospital posted a photo of the missing dog named Daisy to its Facebook page.
The Washington State Patrol says 39-year-old Matthew Scott of Tualatin, Ore., died in the crash last Thursday that involved 28 vehicles. Seven other people were injured. A fierce winter storm brought snow and treacherous driving conditions to much of the Northwest.
The newspaper says the dog was wearing a collar with tags.
