HAMMOND, La. (AP) - Southeastern Louisiana University’s student chapter of the NAACP and the university’s Office of Multicultural and International Student Affairs plan a Black History Month forum on Tuesday.

The program will be at 7 p.m. in the Student Union and is titled “Did the Dream Die with Them?”
