GREENCASTLE, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say a man shot by his girlfriend’s ex-husband, who later killed himself, has died of his injuries.

State police in Franklin County said the shooting in Antrim Township was reported shortly before 10 a.m. Sunday.

Trooper Robert Hicks said 57-year-old Roy Adams returned to the home he shares with his ex-wife and found 51-year-old Thomas Olson there.

Police said the two fought and Adams shot Olson before turning the weapon on himself. Olson was taken to York Hospital in serious condition. The woman was unharmed.

Hicks and the Franklin County coroner’s office said Tuesday that Olson had died at 11:10 a.m. Monday. The shooting remains under investigation.
