PHOENIX (AP) - A woman accused of fatally shooting a man and injuring another man outside a central Phoenix bar has pleaded not guilty.

A Maricopa County Superior Court spokeswoman says 29-year-old Jessica Wood entered her plea Monday morning.

She is charged in a March 21 shooting outside Zipps Sports Grill.



According to police, she approached two men and opened fire without provocation.

Thomas Allen Marcussen was fatally wounded, while James Swain was shot but survived.
