RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - Authorities say a western South Dakota man was arrested twice within a 12-hour span under suspicion of driving under the influence.

The Rapid City Journal (https://bit.ly/1kk52o3 ) reports police first pulled over 55-year-old Antoine Bissonette around 1 a.m. Sunday for driving without a license plate. The Rapid City man was also charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license and no proof of insurance.

The newspaper reports Bissonette was pulled over again shortly before noon on Sunday after a witness alerted police that the man could be driving while intoxicated. Bissonette was charged again with a DUI and driving without a license.
