NEW YORK (AP) - Officials say two people have been killed in separate incidents on train tracks in Manhattan.

Around 2 a.m. Sunday, a man in the Metro-North tunnel on Park Avenue around 67th Street was hit by a northbound train.

Spokesman Sal Arena says the man was not supposed to be in the tunnel. No identification has been released.

The body of another man was found under a Q subway train at the Prince Street station around 3 a.m. Sunday. The man was discovered by the train’s operator, who had gotten out to find out what was keeping the train from moving.
