YANKTON, S.D. (AP) - Police say one person was arrested following a bomb threat at the Yankton High School.

School Principal Jennifer Johnke tells the Yankton Daily Press & Dakotan (https://bit.ly/1fxv5WM ) that police were notified after the message was discovered Tuesday afternoon.

The Yankton police log showed that a threat was written on a wall at the school.

Students were held in their fifth-period classrooms during an investigation by police and school administration officials.

Police referred questions to the school but Johnke declined to give more details.
