STAFFORD, Va. (AP) - Stafford County will mark its 350th anniversary with its first Founders Day celebration.
The two-day event will include a parade on Saturday and a fine arts festival on Sunday.
The Free Lance-Star (https://bit.ly/1lnrvi2v ) reports that the celebration also will feature a special guest, Angela Loughran, who is the mayor of the Borough of Stafford in England.
Stafford County established a Friendship Association with the Borough of Stafford in 1992.
