ABERDEEN, Wash. (AP) - The Grays Harbor twin cities of Aberdeen and Hoquiam are talking about consolidating their fire departments and paramedic services.

Aberdeen Mayor Bill Simpson told the city council Wednesday night talks have been underway for the past couple of weeks.
