SEBRING, Fla. (AP) - A woman accused of illegally feeding bears will undergo two mental health evaluations.

Highlands Today reported Tuesday (https://bit.ly/1nE3Tp1 ) that a judge ordered 81-year-old Mary Musselman be tested before she can stand trial.

Musselman was arrested in February after authorities say she repeatedly violated warnings not to feed the wild animals. Feeding bears can cause them to lose their fear of humans and can lead to attacks.

Authorities say she has since been placed in an assisted living facility.

Her next court appearance is scheduled for June.
