PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A man mowing the lawn on the median of a busy northeast Philadelphia roadway is in the hospital after being hit by a car.
Authorities said the man was struck on Roosevelt Boulevard shortly after 11 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said the victim was transferred to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
The driver of the vehicle is cooperating with authorities.
An investigation is underway.
