Motorcyclist killed in crash with 18-wheeler

RICHLAND, Miss. (AP) - Rankin County Coroner Jimmy Roberts say a motorcyclist has died after crashing into the side of an 18-wheeler.

Roberts identified the rider as 35-year-old Dreyfus Cagins of Byram.

He says Cagins died at the scene of blunt force trauma.

An autopsy has been ordered in the death.

WLBT TV reports (https://bit.ly/1luy5pl ) the accident happened Sunday afternoon on U.S. Highway 49 in Richland.
