NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Police have a suspect in custody in connection with morning gunfire reported in a New Orleans neighborhood.
Police said they received a call around 9:10 a.m. Monday about gunfire near the intersection of Derbigny (DUHR’-bihn-ee) and Frenchmen streets. Police set up a perimeter in the area and later reported one person was taken into custody.
No injuries were reported.
