KINGFISHER, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a man was killed near Kingfisher when he was run over by a bulldozer.

The highway patrol says 33-year-old Brett Anthony Montgomery of Elk City parked the bulldozer on an embankment then stepped out of the vehicle. Authorities say the parking brake disengaged on the bulldozer, and the bulldozer rolled backward and pinned Montgomery underneath.

The incident occurred Tuesday afternoon on a county road in Kingfisher County. Authorities say the incident remains under investigation.
