OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. (AP) - Olive Branch police have arrested three men in connection with the shooting death of 26-year-old NaCharles Taylor.
The police department says in a news release that Taylor was shot in the chest during a disturbance outside of a home Monday night. He was taken by ambulance to Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch were he later died.
Police say 22-year-old Xavier Wolfe and 19-year-old Marvellius Shipp, both of Olive Branch, and 38-year-old Mickey Burns of Byhalia have been charged in the incident.
Wolfe is charged with murder. His bond has been set at $1 million. Shipp and Burns have been charged with accessory after the fact. Shipp’s bond has been set at $25,000 and Burns’ bond is $10,000.
They remain in the DeSoto County jail pending an initial court appearance.
