BRATTLEBORO, Vt. (AP) - Part of Interstate 91 in Vermont is open again after authorities closed it over the weekend, saying a bridge being removed was leaning slightly.

The section of highway between Exits 2 and 3 in Brattleboro was closed overnight Saturday and was re-opened Sunday night.

Engineers said the bridge over the West River was leaning slightly and there was a safety concern.

The road closure caused massive traffic delays on the highway and on secondary roads.
