MINOT, N.D. (AP) - The Minot Police Department says three people are facing drug charges after officers found marijuana and cocaine inside a vehicle.
Police say they found the vehicle after a caller complained about loud noise and reported that it appeared three individuals who were outside the car were possibly using drugs.
Shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday, officers found 23-year-old Kirsche Rosel, 21-year-old Jaron Jellison and 22-year-old Andrew Barron, all of Minot, inside the car.
Police say a search of the car yielded marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia and cocaine.
Authorities say the individuals face initial charges of possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Barron has also been charged with possession of cocaine, while Jellison was charged with the same offense and tampering with evidence.
It’s unclear whether the individuals have legal representation.
