LEBANON, Ohio (AP) - Plans filed in southwest Ohio envision a 1,400-acre development of a mixed-use community with commercial, residential and recreational areas.
The Hamilton-Middletown Journal-News reports (https://bit.ly/1oMcDxv ) that plans were submitted last week in Warren County. Otterbein filed the plans. It’s known for senior living facilities, including a large retirement community along Ohio 741 near Lebanon (LEB’-uh-nun).
The plan outlines development of neighboring land over the years to come to eventually create a large community of multi-generational homes, shopping, offices, parks and other recreational centers. Health care and higher education facilities are also part of the plan.
