CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia State Police are investigating the discovery of graffiti at a Charles Town subdivision that includes racial slurs, swastikas and upside-down crosses.

The graffiti was discovered this week at the Locust Hill subdivision. A tarp has been draped over the offensive images.

State police are asking for the public’s help in finding those responsible. They’re also investigating similar vandalism at another subdivision in Jefferson County.

The graffiti was spray-painted on the entrances to the subdivisions.
