NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested a Philadelphia man was troopers say they found two pounds of marijuana in a car he was driving.
Police say a car was stopped for speeding about 11:10 p.m. Monday in New Castle. Authorities say a trooper saw a small amount of marijuana on the car’s floorboard.
Police say a search of the vehicle led to two vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana.
Twenty-five-year-old Kevin Quinn was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
