Two teenagers suffered non-life-threatening injuries from shots fired by a pellet gun onto the grounds of Rocky Run Middle School in Chantilly Friday morning.
Fairfax County Police said they received a 9:56 a.m. call reporting the incident. The source of the call is still unknown.
The 14-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl who were shot were transported to a hospital.
Police recovered a pellet gun and apprehended a group of four juveniles believed to be involved in the shootings.
The suspects do not attend the school.
The incident is still being investigated and charges are pending.
