Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a 30-year shingle roof, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; 2½ or 3½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, hall, kitchen, breakfast room, powder room and mudroom; 9-foot ceilings on all levels; crown and chair-rail molding; a gas fireplace; 42-inch flat-panel birch cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the full baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; recessed lighting; a security system; and gas heat.

The homes have 2,662 to 7,507 finished square feet, with base prices from $509,990 to $569,990. Homeowner association fees are $130 per month.

The Sycamore model, with 3,281 to 6,448 square feet, is priced from $549,990. This home features a front porch leading into a foyer with columns flanking the entrances to the formal living room and formal dining room.
