Steuart-Kret Homes is building 44 villas at the Delight at Fairwood in Bowie, a planned community with a clubhouse, a swimming pool, pocket parks, a 30-acre athletic field, volleyball and tennis courts, a putting green and nature paths. The New Carrolton station on Metro’s Orange Line is six miles away.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, each home features three bedrooms, 2½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the first and second levels, Colonial-style window trim, oversized baseboards, upgraded brushed-nickel hardware, 42-inch raised-panel cabinets and a double-bowl stainless steel sink in the center-island kitchen, a pedestal sink in the powder room, a private master bath with two vanities, a programmable thermostat, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,942 finished square feet, with base prices from $305,900. Homeowner and condominium association fees are $140 per month plus the Fairwood homeowners association fee of up to $896 annually.

Steuart-Kret is offering up to $3,500 toward the first two years of homeowner association and condo fees.

The Tuscany model has an enclosed courtyard inside a wrought-iron gate at the front of each home. At the back of each home is a two-car garage with an entrance near the kitchen.

The front door opens into the foyer, which, in turn, is open to the great room on one side and the separate dining room on the other. At the back of this level are the kitchen, a closet and a powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a private full bath. A luxury bath with a soaking tub and separate shower is optional. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level. Buyers can add a third full bath in the second bedroom.
