The Fairgate model, with 2,218 square feet, is priced from $399,990. This home features an entrance on the main level into a foyer with a coat closet and a powder room.
The main level has an open living room and dining area. Buyers can add a gas fireplace and a column to the dining area. At the back of the house are the family room and kitchen. Buyers can add a powder room and convert the kitchen to a country kitchen.
Upstairs, buyers can choose a two-bedroom floor plan that includes a master suite with a walk-in closet and a luxury bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. A three-bedroom floor plan has the same master suite, but the second bedroom is divided into two rooms. Either floor plan includes a second full bath.
Buyers can add a cathedral ceiling or finished third level with a loft and dormer windows. The finished lower level has a recreation room, a laundry room and an optional full or half bath.
