ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. (AP) - Undefeated Los Angeles Angels right-hander Jered Weaver may miss his scheduled start against Tampa Bay.
Weaver was not in the lineup posted in the Los Angeles clubhouse before batting practice Sunday but could try to change manager Mike Scioscia’s mind. He has been sick the past couple days.
Tyler Chatwood was listed as Sunday’s starter.
Weaver is 6-0 with an 0.99 ERA in six starts this season.
