M/I Homes is building 27 single-family homes on third-acre sites at Gateway Commons in Clarksburg, near Old Town Clarksburg and Clarksburg Town Center. The community includes a picnic area, a tot lot and a park.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include brick or stone accents, vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room are on this level. A loft can be converted to a fifth bedroom.

Options include finished lower levels, a fireplace, a screened porch or covered porch, room extensions, extra baths, bay windows, and tray ceilings.
