Stanley Martin Homes is building 244 single-family homes on lots ranging from one-half acre to 10 acres at Selma Estates in Leesburg, less than 10 miles from Leesburg Premium Outlets and other shops and restaurants. Plans call for a swimming pool and pool house.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a 30-year-shingle roof, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; 2½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, hall, breakfast room, powder room, kitchen and mudroom; 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; recessed lighting; crown and chair-rail molding; a gas fireplace; 42-inch flat-panel birch cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a security system; and gas heat.

The homes have 2,662 to 3,281 finished square feet and can be expanded to 6,053 to 6,448 square feet. Base prices range from $504,990 to $549,990. Homeowner association fees are $130 per month after an initial fee of $260.

The Sycamore model, with 3,281 to 6,448 square feet, is priced from $549,990. This home features a front porch leading into a foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, which have columns at their entrances.

The main level has a library, a central staircase to the upper and lower levels, a family room with multiple windows, and an open breakfast area and center-island kitchen. This level also has a powder room, a butler’s pantry, a mudroom and a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, finished attics, sunrooms and room extensions.
