Each home includes a choice of elevations with an optional front porch, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all 11 models feature three or four bedrooms; 2½ or 3½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch flat-panel birch cabinets, a pantry and a breakfast area in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a soaking tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat.

The homes have 1,801 to 3,292 finished square feet, with base prices from $269,990 to $372,990. Homeowner association fees are $960 annually.
