Craftstar Homes Inc. is building 2,500 town homes at Clarksburg Village in Clarksburg, a planned community with a swimming pool, community center, ballpark, tot lots and jogging paths. Plans call for a retail park and elementary schools.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a stone-and-vinyl front, professional landscaping and a detached two-car garage.

Inside, each home has three finished levels with three bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower level; crown moldings; 42-inch birch cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; a double-sink vanity in the master bath; high-tech wiring; and gas heat.

The Washington model has approximately 2,280 finished square feet, with base prices from $389,900. Homeowner association fees are $72 per month.

The Washington model has a recreation room with a storage room or optional den and a powder room.

The main level has a foyer entrance with stairs leading to the upper level. The living room is open to the dining room, which has a half wall separating it from the family room.

The family room is open to the breakfast area and kitchen.

The master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet and a private bath.
