Chicago's city council voted to name a street after convicted terrorist Oscar Lopez Rivera. The former member of Fuerzas Armadas de Liberación Nacional (FALN), spent 35 years in prison related to 29 bombings and weapons charges before former President Barack Obama granted him clemency.
