In September, an array of tall ships and Navy gray hulls will be on display to celebrate the bicentennial of "The Star Spangled Banner." If you're anxious, though, the Pride of Baltimore II, a reproduction privateer from the War of 1812 era, is visiting the Washington Navy Yard next to the destroyer USS Barry.
