This combination of file images from a Friday, July, 8, 2016, security video released by the San Bernardino, Calif., Police Department shows the suspect of a triple homicide in San Bernardino. The shooter was waiting outside a liquor store, approached a group of three people who left the store, pulled a gun and fatally shot them. The shooter fled on foot and police are asking for the public's help to identify him. The city has seen a rise in homicides.
